Disclosed herein are embodiments of a foldable scooper for use in picking up animal waste. The scooper can be folded and configured to attach to a leash or be inserted into a users pocket, thereby making it hands free. In some embodiments, the foldable scooper can be wrapped by a waste bag, thereby allowing a user to pick up animal waste without ever coming in contact with the waste.
