PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which alkaline calcium aqueous solution can be continuously produced efficiently over a long period of time.
SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 for producing an alkaline calcium aqueous solution includes: a container 11 in which the interior portion is partitioned by a water permeable plate 13 which has water permeable holes 12 opening in the vertical direction into an upper space 14 and a lower space 17 and a granular calcium compound 19 arranged on the top surface of the water permeable plate 13. The production ejection method of an alkaline calcium aqueous solution comprises as follows. Water is continuously introduced into the inside of the container 11 from a water inlet 18 of the alkaline calcium aqueous solution-producing apparatus 10. The alkaline calcium aqueous solution is formed by the contact of the water to the granular calcium compound 19 and the contact of the water to a calcium compound small particle 20 which lowers into the lower space 17 through the water permeable holes 12 of the water permeable plate 13, and is raised into the upper space through the water permeable holes 12 of the water permeable plate 13 to be contacted with the granular calcium compound 19, subsequently the alkaline calcium aqueous solution is taken out from an aqueous solution output port 15.
