The present disclosure provides a medical apparatus with electroplated metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer. The electroplated metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer is coated on the surface of apparatus substrate of the Medical apparatus by means of trivalent chromate electroplating solution for. The formed metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer is major consist of chromium, cobalt, oxygen, hydrogen and phosphorus that composes with chromium oxide and cobalt oxide in amorphous phase structure. The thickness of the metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer is less than 10μm, has grooved microstructure on the surface. Thus, a deep dark color with gray value scale (L*) less than 65 and biocompatibility, that is ready for using in medical apparatus and minimally invasive surgical apparatus.本創作係揭露一種電鍍鉻鈷基金屬氧化物陶瓷鍍層之醫療器械,係在醫療器械的工具基材上以三價鉻環保無毒電鍍方法披覆一鉻鈷基金屬氧化物陶瓷鍍層;該鉻鈷基金屬氧化物陶瓷鍍層係由鉻元素、氧元素、氫元素、鈷元素與磷元素所組成,其成份以三氧化二鉻與四氧化三鈷為主,為非晶相結構,並在具有溝狀微結構,鍍層厚度為10μm以下。該鉻鈷基金屬氧化物陶瓷鍍層藉由較高含量比例的三氧化二鉻與四氧化三鈷形成深黑色的表面,又藉由鉻鈷基金屬氧化物陶瓷鍍層的溝狀微結構使投射在醫療器械表面的光線不易反射,使該電鍍鉻鈷基金屬氧化物陶瓷鍍層之醫療器械之灰階值(L*)達到65以下;且該電鍍鉻鈷基金屬氧化物陶瓷鍍層為生物相容性;可提供給醫療器械與醫療用的微創手術工具。1‧‧‧工具基材(apparatus substrate)3‧‧‧鉻鈷基金屬氧化物陶瓷鍍層(metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer)5‧‧‧鉻元素(chromium element)6‧‧‧鈷元素(cobalt element)7‧‧‧氧元素(oxygen element)41‧‧‧微創手術鉗(minimally invasive surgical clamp)42‧‧‧延桿部(extension rod portion)43‧‧‧鉗嘴(jaws)44‧‧‧操作部(operation portion)
