The present disclosure provides a medical apparatus with electroplated metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer. The electroplated metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer is coated on the surface of apparatus substrate of the Medical apparatus by means of trivalent chromate electroplating solution for. The formed metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer is major consist of chromium, cobalt, oxygen, hydrogen and phosphorus that composes with chromium oxide and cobalt oxide in amorphous phase structure. The thickness of the metallic ceramic of cobalt chromium oxides coating layer is less than 10μm, has grooved microstructure on the surface.
