PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing a small diameter artificial blood vessel such as an arteriole of a human body, into an optional shape and size, and an artificial blood vessel.SOLUTION: First and second cell sheets 11, 12 including fibroblast are prepared, and endothelial cells are coated to an external surface of a titanium wire 17 formed into a contour mimicking a blood vessel, then, the titanium wire is sandwiched between the first and second cell sheets, in the state, the first and second cell sheets are brought into tight contact and are left in a prescribed period, for moving the endothelial cells from the titanium wire to the first and second cell sheets, then the titanium wire is removed for forming a lumen part between the first and second cell sheets in which the titanium wire was present, for producing an artificial blood vessel part in which, the endothelial cells are adhered to an inner wall side of the lumen part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】人体の細動脈等の小径の人工血管を任意の形状及びサイズで作製可能な方法及び人工血管を提供する。【解決手段】繊維芽細胞を含む第1及び第2の細胞シート11,12を用意し、血管を模擬した外形をなすチタン線17の外面に血管内皮細胞をコートした後、第1及び第2の細胞シートの間にチタン線を挟み込んだ上で、第1及び第2の細胞シートを密着させて所定時間放置することで、血管内皮細胞をチタン線から第1及び第2の細胞シートに移動させ、チタン線を除去することで、チタン線が存在していた第1及び第2の細胞シートの間に内腔部分が形成され、内腔部分の内壁側に血管内皮細胞が付着した状態の人工血管部が作製される。【選択図】図2
