The invention relates to a system for thermal conditioning by means of microclimate management for buildings, characterised in that it comprises at least one air-conditioned area with at least one area for growing plants, said area being located level with or on top of the building and delimited by peripheral walls, and said plants having marked thermal reduction effects, allowing a microclimate to be generated and maintained inside the space of the growing area. According to the invention, the growing area includes an upper sun shield for creating shade, which provides shade but which also intentionally does not cover the entire space of the growing area, in order to facilitate air permeation and to achieve the air fluidity within the cycle required by the invention. The system of the invention also comprises a humidification system, preferably with water misters, disposed in the upper portion of the growing area in order to humidify the surrounding air, said humidification system assisting in generating a microclimate and lowering the temperature when environmental humidity is low.
