PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep state monitoring system that has a simple device configuration and can distinguish between an aroused state and a sleep state with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: A sleep state monitoring system comprises control means that measures a first maximum blood pressure value of a radial artery part and a second maximum blood pressure value of a fingertip part on a basis of each vascular pulse wave signal and a detected pressure value.
