The present invention provides a suture knot and a suture device, capable of continuously maintaining an excellent sutured state while mechanically performing suture work. The suture device includes a knot which is obtained by forming a temporary knot to suture a wound site, a suture needle and a knot supplying tool. The temporary knot is formed by using a first loop, a ring part, a second loop, and a margin part wherein the first loop extends from a starting part and is formed in the clockwise direction, the ring part extends from the first loop and is formed at a location different from the location of the first loop, the second loop extends from the ring part and is formed in the counterclockwise direction at the same location as the first loop, and the margin part extends from the second loop and is pulled by a suture needle. The margin part of the temporary knot is pulled by the suture needle so that the margin part penetrates a suturing site by a first rotation, and passes through the first and second loops while being pulled by a second rotation, thereby binding a suturing location. The ring part, the first loop, and the second loop form a first binding part and a second binding part by a double twist at the outside of the suturing location. The suture needle having a hook shape is disposed on a front end of a suturing body provided in a plate shape to penetrate the wound site. The knot supplying tool is mounted at the suturing body to enable the suture needle to suture the wound site by maintaining and supplying the knot for suturing in the direction of the suture needle.본 발명은 봉합을 기계적으로 수행하면서도 우수한 봉합상태를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있도록 한 것으로서； 상처부위를 봉합할 수 있도록 시작부로부터 연장되어 시계방향으로 형성되는 1루프와, 상기 1루프로부터 연장되어 1루프와 다른 위치에 형성하는 고리부와, 상기 고리부로부터 연장되며 반시계방향으로 1루프와 동일위치에 형성하는 2루프와, 상기 2루프로부터 연장되어 봉합바늘에 의하여 견인될 수 있도록 구비하는 여유부로 가매듭을 형성하고, 상기 가매듭은 봉합바늘에 의하여 여유부가 견인되어 첫번째 회전에 의하여 봉합부위를 관통하게 되고, 두번째 회전에 의하여 1,2루프를 통과하여 당겨지면서 여유부는 봉합위치를 결속하고, 고리부와 1루프 및 2루프는 봉합위치 외부에서 이중꼬임에 의한 1결속부와 2결속부를 형
