PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade mounting structure of flail mower, which hardly causes defects in rotation of cutting blades.SOLUTION: The cutting blade mounting structure of flail mower to a bracket 90 mounted on a rotary drum 50 is provided. The bracket 90 has a pair of support pieces 91 and 92 opposing each other at a distance larger than the thickness of the cutting blades 70. The pair of the support pieces 91 and 92 are equipped with hole parts 91a and 92a at positions opposing the support pieces. The cutting blades 70 have a through-hole 70a and are connected to the bracket 90 by inserting a bolt 40 into the through-hole 70a and the hole parts 91a and 92a inside of the pair of the support pieces 91 and 92. A cylindrical member 43 is arranged between the inner circumference of the through-hole 70a and the outer circumference of the bolt 40.
