TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a composition for cell therapy for preventing or treating osteoarthritis comprising STAT3 inhibitor-treated mesenchymal stem cells as an active ingredient. The STAT3 inhibitor-treated mesenchymal stem cells according to the present invention can effectively suppress the expression of inflammatory factors, effectively increase the expression of anti-inflammatory factors, and enhance the expression of chemokine receptors.
