PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care device enabling a caregiver to put up or down the trousers of a cared person in excretion nursing care.SOLUTION: When a piston member 8a moves downward, a gap 31 is formed between a roller 9a and a cared person 20, and thus a caregiver can put down the trousers 21 into the gap 31. Then, when the piston member 8a moves upward and a piston member 8b moves downward, a gap 32 is formed between a roller 9b and the cared person 20, and thus the caregiver can put down the trousers 21 into the gap 32. Similarly, when the piston member 8b moves upward and a piston member 8c moves downward, a gap 33 is formed between a roller 9c and the cared person 20, and thus the caregiver can put down the trousers 21 into the gap 33 and put down the trousers 21 further to an unmovable part 7 through the inside of the gap 33.【課題】排泄介護において被介護者のズボン等を容易に上げ下げすることのできる介護装置を提供する。【解決手段】ピストン部材８ａが下方に移動すると、ローラ９ａと被介護者２０との間に隙間３１が形成されるので、介護者は、隙間３１内までズボン等２１を下すことができる。次に、ピストン部材８ａが上方に移動すると共にピストン部材８ｂが下方に移動すると、ローラ９ｂと被介護者２０との間に隙間３２が形成されるので、介護者は、隙間３２内までズボン等２１を下すことができる。同様にして、ピストン部材８ｂが上方に移動すると共にピストン部材８ｃが下方に移動すると、ローラ９ｃと被介護者２０との間に隙間３３が形成されるので、介護者は、隙間３３内までズボン等２１を下すことができ、さらに隙間３３内を経由して不動部分７までズボン等２１を下すことができる。【選択図】図５
