The present invention relates to a technique for suitably adjusting, according to a wavelength range of light, the quantity of light emitted from an LED lighting module so as to benefit initial plant growth. Particularly, the present invention is a technique for reducing a manufacturing cost by adopting an LED blue-chip light source, and for forming, so as to benefit initial plant growth, the quantity of light according to the wavelength range of the light emitted from the LED lighting module provided with the LED blue-chip light source, by individually applying, on a plurality of LED blue-chip light sources, RGY phosphors mixed with red series, green series and yellow series phosphors, and RGY selection phosphors mixed with the phosphors of at least one series among the yellow series, green series and red series, respectively.
