PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope training device for conducting training for generating appropriate tension to a tissue by a tractional force evaluation device for measuring tension applied to a tissue, a sample holding arm for appropriately holding a tissue or the like, and an endoscope instrument, and to provided an endoscope surgery assisting device for supporting surgery by an operator who has received training by the endoscope training device.SOLUTION: An endoscope training device includes a sample holding arm 11 having a holding part 12 for holding a sample S and a load measuring part 16 for measuring a load applied to the sample holding arm 11. When the sample S is pulled by forceps F in a state that the holding part 12 of the sample holding arm 11 is caused to hold the sample S such as a tissue and a dummy tissue, force applied to the sample S, namely, tension by the forceps F can be detected by the load measuring part 16, thereby evaluating tractional force by the forceps F appropriately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】組織に加える張力を測定できる牽引力評価装置、組織などを適切に保持できる試料保持アーム、内視鏡の器具によって組織に適切な張力を発生させる訓練を実施できる内視鏡訓練装置、および、かかる内視鏡訓練装置によってトレーニングされた術者の施術をサポートできる内視鏡手術補助装置を提供する。【解決手段】試料Ｓを保持する保持部１２を有する試料保持アーム１１と、試料保持アーム１１に加わる荷重を測定する荷重測定部１６と、を備えている。試料保持アーム１１の保持部１２に組織やダミー組織等の試料Ｓを保持させた状態で、鉗子Ｆによって試料Ｓを引っ張れば、荷重測定部１６によって試料Ｓに加わる力、つまり、鉗子Ｆによる引っ張り力を検出できるので、鉗子Ｆによる牽引力を適切に評価することができる。【選択図】図１
