Disclosed is a composition for the prevention or treatment of osteoporosis, comprising ibandronic acid, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or hydrates thereof, and vitamin D. Because the ibandronic acid, the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or the hydrates thereof is processed to exhibit physical properties similar to those of vitamin D, the composition guarantees uniform pharmaceutical efficacy to the formulations prepared therefrom.
