A fibrous sponge dressing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The fibrous sponge dressing includes a sponge-like fiber structure, polysaccharide, and chitinase. The sponge-like fiber structure includes chitin fiber and poly(lactic-co-glycolic)acid copolymer fiber. The polysaccharide and the chitinase are distributed in the sponge-like fiber structure.本發明提供一種纖維海綿敷材及其製造方法。纖維海綿敷材包含海綿狀纖維結構、多醣體以及甲殼素分解酵素。海綿狀纖維結構包含甲殼素纖維以及聚(乳酸-甘醇酸)共聚物纖維,且多醣體以及甲殼素分解酵素散佈於海綿狀纖維結構中。
