The present invention relates to an ibuprofen conjugate in which ibuprofen (S-(+)-ibuprofen) is covalently linked to a guanidine terminal group-coupled sugar alcohol derivative and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The ibuprofen conjugate in which ibuprofen is covalently linked to a guanidine terminal group-coupled sugar alcohol derivative according to the present invention has increased penetrability to the brain thanks to the ability thereof to pass through the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and thus can effectively transport drugs to the brain, which can allow the administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) at an optimal dosage with the consequent minimization of side effects thereof and can prevent or treat a degenerative brain disease.La présente invention concerne un conjugué d'ibuprofène dans lequel de l'ibuprofène (S-(+)-ibuprofène) est lié de façon covalente à un dérivé d'alcool de sucre couplé à un groupe terminal guanidine et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant celui-ci. Le conjugué d'ibuprofène dans lequel de l'ibuprofène est lié de façon covalente à un dérivé d'alcool de sucre couplé à un groupe terminal guanidine selon la présente invention présente une pénétrabilité accrue dans le cerveau grâce à sa capacité à traverser la barrière hémato-encéphalique (BHE) et peut donc transporter efficacement des médicaments vers le cerveau, ce qui peut permettre l'administration de médicaments anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens (AINS) à une dose optimale avec la réduction au maximum consécutive des effets secondaires de ceux-ci et peut prévenir ou traiter une maladie cérébrale dégénérative.본 발명은 구아니딘 (guanidine) 말단기가 결합된 당 알콜 유도체에 이부프로펜 (S-(+)-ibuprofen)을 공유 결합시킨 이부프로펜 컨쥬게이트 (ibuprofen conjugate) 및 이를 포함하는 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 구아니딘 말단기가 결합된 당 알콜 유도체에 이부프로펜을 공유 결합시킨 이부프로펜 컨쥬게이트는 혈액뇌장벽 (BBB)의 통과로 인해 뇌 침투력이 증가하여 뇌에 효율적인 약물 전달이 가능하며, 이로 인해 최적의 복용량으로 비스테로이드 항염증제 (NSAIDs)에 대한 부작용을 최소화하고 퇴행성 뇌질환의 진행을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있다.
