METHOD OF PREPARING ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER RELIEVING COMPOSITION USING MORINGA OLEIFERA AND ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER RELIEVING COMPOSITION USING MORINGA OLEIFERA
The present invention relates to a method of preparing an alcoholic fatty liver relieving composition using Moringa oleifera, and the alcoholic fatty liver relieving composition using Moringa oleifera. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of drying Moringa oleifera leaves as a main ingredient； a second step of grinding the Moringa oleifera leaves to produce Moringa oleifera leaf powder, and redrying the Moringa oleifera leaf powder； a third step of performing a first extraction process to obtain a first extract by reacting the Moringa oleifera leaf powder with the mixed solution in a state in which redried Moringa oleifera leaf powder is immersed into a mixed solution of water and ethanol in an ultrasound extractor； a fourth step of performing a second extraction process to obtain a second extract by reacting the first extract with water in a state in which the first extract is immersed into water in the ultrasound extractor； a fifth step of filtering the second extract to remove impurities from the second extract, and performing a concentration process to obtain a concentrate by removing about 90 to 99% of a solvent from the impurity-removed second extract by a rotary evaporator； and a sixth step of freeze-drying the concentrate to the temperature of about -40 to -70°；C, thereby obtaining a composition having the solvent completely removed therefrom. Furthermore, according to the other embodiment of the present invention, the alcoholic fatty liver relieving composition, as an alcoholic fatty liver relieving composition using a Moringa oleifera leaf extract, is prepared by performing a fractional extraction process of (A) Moringa oleifera leaf powder and (B) a mixed solution of water and ethanol.
