Device comprises a housing having given dimensions and configured to be arranged in a working position relative to a predetermined body portion, wherein said housing has a proximal end and a distal end, wherein said proximal end of the housing comprises a hole having predetermined sizes and configured to interact with a predetermined body portion, when said housing is in working position, housing comprises at least acoustic gripping chamber, primary resonance chamber and secondary resonance chamber, acoustic gripping chamber is additionally located with abutment to the above hole, secondary resonance chamber is located between the acoustic gripping chamber and the primary resonant chamber with provision of sound communication between them, wherein at least one measuring transducer is provided, at least partially located in corresponding one of said chambers and configured to convert acoustic signal into electric signal. In compliance with second version, device comprises, in addition, an acoustic gripping chamber adjoining said housing hole and communicated therewith via fluid and configured to receive an acoustic signal emanating from body at least when said housing is in said working position, secondary resonance chamber located abutting on said acoustic gripping chamber and communicating with it by fluid, primary resonance chamber located adjacent to said secondary resonance chamber and communicating with it by fluid, and at least one measuring transducer located inside said primary resonance chamber and configured to convert the acoustic signal into an electrical signal.
