The present invention arranges a bundle of lockers on a support board with two vertical rows to be possible to fixedly support a fixing bar at each vertical row and is formed such that a lower row is possible to fix and release the fixing bar of an electric wheelchair and an upper row is possible to fix and release the fixing bar of a manual wheelchair, thereby being possible to fix or release two kinds of the wheelchairs with one locking device. Especially, the present invention is formed such that the bundle of lockers of the upper and lower rows is possible to be operated at the same time with driving of an actuator, thereby being possible to easily locking-fix or locking-release the wheelchair regardless of the kinds of the wheelchairs entering a vehicle or the like. In addition, the present invention is formed to be possible to control locking and releasing operation of the bundle of lockers with the driving of the actuator, thereby being possible to be used by being easily manufactured and being possible to easily perform maintenance since a structure is simple.본 발명은 지지판에 잠금뭉치를 상하 2열로 배치 구성하여 상하 각 열에서 고정 바를 고정 지지할 수 있게 구성하되, 하부 열은 전동식 휠체어의 고정 바를, 상부 열은 수동식 휠체어의 고정 바를 각각 고정/해제할 수 있게 구성하므로, 하나의 잠금장치로 두 종류의 휠체어를 고정하거나 해제할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 액추에이터 구동으로 상부와 하부 열의 잠금뭉치가 동시에 동작할 수 있게 구성하므로, 차량 등의 들어오는 휠체어의 종류에 상관없이 쉽게 휠체어를 잠금 고정하거나 잠금 해제할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 이처럼 액추에이터 구동으로 잠금뭉치의 잠금과 해제 동작을 제어할 수 있게 구성하므로, 구조가 간단하여 쉽게 제작하여 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 유지 보수를 쉽게 할 수 있다.
