PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions in W/O type emulsion form which can provide sufficient anti-sebum or anti-shininess effect even when the amount of water in W/O type emulsion is relatively increased.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition in W/O type emulsion form comprising (a) at least one kind of emulsifiable silicone elastomers, (b) at least one kind of hydrophilic oil absorption powder having an oil absorption capacity of 100 ml/100 g or more, preferably of 150 ml/100 g or more, more preferably of 200 ml/100 g or more, (c) at least one kind of hydrophobic oil absorption powder, (d) at least one kind of organic degenerative clay, (e) at least one kind of oil, and (f) water. The composition according to the invention can provide sufficient anti-sebum or anti-shininess effect.
