The present invention relates to a device for analyzing a succession of movements of a patient in relation to the protocol for use of an inhaler, said analysis device being arranged partly on an inhaler (2) and on the patient (3) in a characteristic manner. According to the invention, the device comprises at least one locating means (6) arranged on the patient (3), at least one locating means (7) arranged on the inhaler (2), an actuation detector (10) of said inhaler (2), recording means (4) for the locating means (6； 7) and for the actuation detector (10) arranged on the inhaler, and analysis means (5) permitting comparison of the relative movements of the inhaler (2) and of the patient (3) in relation to the protocol data inscribed in storage means (11).La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse d'une succession de mouvements d'un patient par rapport au protocole d'utilisation d'un inhalateur, ledit dispositif d'analyse étant disposé partiellement sur un inhalateur (2) et sur le patient (3), de manière caractéristique, selon l'invention le dispositif comprend : au moins un moyen de repérage (6) disposé sur le patient (3), au moins un moyen de repérage (7) disposé sur l'inhalateur (2), - un détecteur d'actionnement (10) dudit inhalateur (2), des moyens d'enregistrement (4) des moyens de repérage (6；7) et du détecteur d'actionnement (10) disposé sur l'inhalateur, des moyens d'analyse (5) permettant de comparer les déplacements relatifs de l'inhalateur (2) et du patient (3) par rapport aux données du protocole inscrites dans des moyens de stockage (1 1 ).
