The apparatus comprises a collapsible member having a first end, a second end, and an interior space. The collapsible member is operable to move between a compressed position and an extended position. An evacuation port and a reduced-pressure port are coupled to the collapsible member. A carrier member is coupled to the first end of the collapsible member. A slider member is coupled to the second end of the collapsible member and is operable to slidably engage the carrier member and to move between the compressed position and the extended position. A constant-force biasing member is associated with the carrier member and the slider member and is operable to urge the slider member and carrier member away from each other between the compressed position and the extended position.
