A delivery catheter is provided for forming the foam in situ. The catheter, in various embodiments, includes a coating, a valve, a mixing structure, an outlet port, and combinations thereof. The present invention describes a delivery system and method for delivering a prepolymer fluid that is subsequently solidified, foamed, or otherwise immobilized to a space in the body. Once applied, the foam can be used for a variety of clinical applications, including stabilizing the organ, providing hemostasis, and treating endoleaks after endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms.
