PURPOSE: A producing method of a beverage composition for reducing climacteric symptoms containing a soybean gemmule fermented product is provided to ferment soybean gemmule using a specific bifidobacterium strains.CONSTITUTION: Bifidobacterium lactis BL740 strains are inoculated into a mixture of 8-10 parts by weight of pulverized soybean gemmule and 100 parts by weight of water for fermenting at 35-37°C for 45-50 hours, and the mixture is freeze-dried to obtain a soybean gemmule fermented product.
