PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane which reduces various problems attributable to lowered strength of a hollow fiber membrane.SOLUTION: This hollow fiber membrane can solve the problem of a conventional hollow fiber membrane for hemocatharsis that enhancing the polymer fraction of a polymer solution can improve the pressure resistance and rupture strength of the hollow fiber membrane and can improve the assembly workability of a hemocatharsis device and can reduce blood leak troubles during clinical use, but on the other hand, sacrifices solute permeability. A hollow fiber membrane, which has the above advantage of the conventional hollow fiber membrane and, at the same time, can solve the problem of the conventional hollow fiber membrane, i.e. can simultaneously realize high strength and excellent solute permeability, can be stably manufactured on a commercial scale, without causing fiber defects and fiber breaking, by using liquid paraffin, from which low-boiling components have been removed, as a hollow forming agent for the hollow fiber membrane, and raising the nozzle temperature.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】中空糸膜の強度の低下に起因する種々の問題を改良した中空糸膜を提供する。【解決手段】血液浄化用中空糸膜において、ポリマー溶液中のポリマー分率を高めることで中空糸膜の耐圧、破断強度を向上することができ、血液浄化器組立性の向上、臨床使用時の血液リークトラブルの低減が可能であるが、それは溶質透過性を犠牲にするものであった。これらを両立する為、中空糸膜の中空形成剤に低沸点成分を除去した流動パラフィンを用い、ノズルの温度を高めることで、強度が高くかつ溶質透過性の優れた中空糸膜を、糸欠点や糸切れを生ずることなく工業的に安定生産することが可能となった。【選択図】なし
