SOLUTION: The ultrasonic image diagnosing apparatus 10 includes an ultrasonic probe for transmitting ultrasonic pulses to a region including a heart and receiving reflected echoes, a B-mode image generating part which generates a B-mode image based ON echoes ON a single scanning cross-section, a rendered region-projecting direction-setting part for setting a rendered region and a projecting direction based ON an image of a valve inside the heart detected based ON the B-mode image, a three-dimensional reconstruction part 35 for generating volume data of a plurality of time phases based ON the echoes ON a plurality of scanning cross-sections and a rendering processing part 36 for generating three-dimensional images by performing the rendering processing ON the volume data based ON the rendered region and the projecting direction and a display for displaying the three-dimensional image.
