The present invention relates to an aseptic plant cultivation device using ultrasonic waves which includes the following: a container capable of having a uniform temperature and humidity condition in the inside； a conveyor unlimitedly rotating in the inside of the container； multiple trays comprising an air inlet and an air outlet, storing seeds, and being installed on the conveyor to transfer the seeds； and a deposition tank with an ultrasonic vibrator, located on the lower side of the container for receiving nutrient solution. The tray moves while depositing the seeds into the nutrient solution.본 발명은 공기입구와 배출구를 구비하면서 내측에서 일정한 온도와 습도조건을 구비토록 설치되는 컨테이너의 내측에 무한회전되는 컨베이어상에 종자들이 담겨지면서 다공상으로 이루어진 복수의 트레이가 이송토록 설치되고, 상기 컨테이너의 하측에 영양액이 공급되면서 초음파진동자를 갖는 침적조가 구비되어 트레이가 침적하면서 이동토록 설치되는 초음파를 이용한 무균 식물재배 장치에 관한 것이다.
