Transplanting human hepatocytes into a liver of an immunodeficienthepatopathy mouse, and then feeding the mouse transplanted with the humanhepatocytes under such a condition as being protected from the attack byhuman complement produced by the human hepatocytes thereby proliferatingthe transplanted human hepatocytes in the mouse liver.
