PURPOSE: A composition for a mulching film is provided to use as master batch when manufacturing a biodegradation property mulching film capable of functioning as a sustained fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a mulching film comprises a starch, a biodecomposable resin, a plasticizer, a fertilizer. The content of starch is 20-40 weight% based on the composition total weight. The content of fertilizer is 0.5-15 weight% based on the composition total weight. The biodecomposable resin is included to 100-250 parts by weight base on the 100 parts by weight of starch. The plasticizer is included to 5-25 parts by weight base on the 100 parts by weight of starch. The starch comprises by selecting more than one kind of a corn starch, a glutinous corn starch, a potato starch, a sweet potato starch, a wheat starch, a tapioca starch, a rice starch or a denatured starch thereof. The biodecomposable resin comprises a combination of butylene adipate-co-terephtalate and polylactic acid. The composition additionally includes 0.5-10 parts by weight of lubricant base on the 100 parts by weight of starch.본 발명은 전분, 생분해성 수지, 가소제 및 비료를 포함하는 조성물로서, 상기 전분의 함량은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 20~40 중량%이고, 상기 비료의 함량은 조성물 전제 중량을 기준으로 0.5~15 중량%이고, 상기 생분해성 수지는 전분 100 중량부 당 100~250 중량부로 포함되고, 상기 가소제는 전분 100 중량부 당 5~25 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀칭필름용 조성물을 제공한다.본 발명의 멀칭필름용 조성물의 성형에 의해 제조된 멀칭필름은 작물 재배시 농업용 멀칭필름에 요구되는 소정의 물성(예를 들어 인장 강도, 신율, 내후성 등)을 만족시키면서, 토양에 설치시 비, 바람과 같은 외부 환경조건에도 비료의 유실이 없으며, 동시에 자연 상태에서 서서히 분해되어 비료화가 가능하고, 아울러 분해시 지속적으로 비료를 방출하여 서방성 비료로 기능할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 멀칭필름은 다양한 환경에서 작물 재배할 때 작물을 보호하고 토양에 영양을 공급하는 등의 목적으로 사용이 가능하고, 천연소재인 전분을 소정 이상으로 함유하고 있어서 친환경적이고, 작물 재배 후 수거 및 소각이 필요하지 않아 환경오염을 유발하지 않고 노동력을 절감시킬 수 있다.
