PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a liquid seasoning for seasoning meats so as to bestow thereon juicy and soft textures/fibrous textures/tastes and a method for manufacturing a cooked meat food using the same.SOLUTION: The provided problem-solving liquid seasoning comprises: 0.75-1.5 wt.% of arginine 1.0-2.75 wt.% of a baked salt and 1.5-3.0 wt.% of calcium lactate. A method for manufacturing a cooked meat food using the same is also provided.
