PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-travelling work machine and a control system of the self-travelling work machine capable of performing a remote operation, reducing the number of components involved in power transmission control, and being put under an operator's control even when a radio signal is blocked.SOLUTION: A self-travelling work machine and a control system of the self-travelling work machine include a travelling unit D, a work unit K, a lifting and lowering unit F for freely lifting and lowering the work unit K, an operation unit B for remotely controlling the travelling unit D, the work unit K, and the lifting and lowering unit F, and a converter control device E for converting a signal sent from the operation unit B and outputting a signal for controlling rotations of a travelling motor 15, a work motor 51, and a lifting and lowering motor 61.
