PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver peeling device, a dried laver producing system and a laver peeling method capable of adjusting detachment condition of dried laver from a mat in a simple manner and in a short time period while continuing process.SOLUTION: A laver peeling device comprises a plate cam 36 rotationally driven by a driving axis 36a a cam follower 40 contacting to a peripheral surface 36b of the plate cam 36 and traveling in vertical direction depending on the rotation of the plate cam 36 and a tension providing mechanism connected to the cam follower to provide tension according to the traveling range in vertical direction of the cam follower with a mat 7.
