The present invention relates to a gate capable of diagnosing a health status of a visitor. According to the present invention, the gate comprises: a diagnosis gate including a mold type frame having a passage formed therein to allow at least a visitor to pass therethrough and a curtain disposed on the frame to block light coming into the passage； a detection unit having a photosensor attached thereto to detect entry of the visitor on the frame and having a temperature sensor attached thereto to measure the body heat of the visitor who has entered, in a noncontact manner； and a control unit diagnosing a health state in accordance with the body heat measured by the temperature sensor and a heart rate and outputting a signal for controlling the entry of the visitor in accordance with a diagnosis result. Accordingly, the gate is installed in an airport, a hospital, a school, and the like, where many persons pass by, to measure a face of a person, who passes through the gate, in a noncontact manner, such that the health state of the passing persons can be quickly determined, thereby blocking the spread of infectious diseases and the like. Moreover, the gate measures the health state of a worker, who enters a factory or a construction site, to screen a worker, who is in an abnormal health state or is drunken, thereby providing an accident in a worksite.본 발명은 출입자의 건강상태를 진단하는 출입 게이트에 관한 것으로 그 구성의 특징으로서, 적어도 출입자가 지나가는 통로를 마련하는 틀형의 프레임과, 상기 프레임 상에 통로로 들어오는 빛을 차단하는 커튼이 부착된 진단게이트； 상기 프레임 상에 출입자의 진입을 감지하는 포토센서와, 진입된 출입자의 체온을 비접촉으로 측정하는 온도센서가 부착된 감지부； 및 상기 온도센서에 의해 측정된 체온과 심박수에 따라 건강상태를 진단하고, 진단에 따라 출입자의 진입을 통제하는 신호를 출력하는 제어부；를 포함하여 이루어진다.이에 따라 본 발명은, 사람들의 통행이 많은 공항, 병원, 학교 등에 설치되어 출입하는 사람들의 안면을 비접촉 방식으로 측정하여 출입하는 사람들의 건강상태를 신속하게 판단하여 전염병 등의 확산을 차단할 수 있고, 또한 공장이나 공사장내로 출입하는 작업자의 건강상태를 측정하여 건강이 이상이 있거나 음주상태의 작업자를 선별하여 작업장의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있다.
