The posture characteristics include viewing distance X, extent of bending of users head, and duration of time viewing the device, and may include extent of bending of a users back. The system may have an accelerometer or gyroscope for detecting angular position relative to ground β, and may also include a proximity sensor or camera. The system may also have a presetting module for capturing characteristics of the user. The characteristics being a first horizontal distance A between two facial features； first vertical distance B between two facial features； second horizontal distance between two non-facial features below the head； and second vertical distance C between the non-facial features and a facial feature.
