According to the present invention, the apparatus for forming a correction bar comprises: a video receiver for receiving chest CT images of the chest of a patient from a CT scanner a 3D graphic module for analyzing the chest CT images received by the video receiver, thereby creating a bar 3D model corresponding to the 3D shape of a correction bar for correcting chest wall deformity of the patient and a 3D printer for outputting a correction bar on the basis of the bar 3D model created by the 3D graphic module.
