PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain stimulation imparting device capable of selectively imparting magnetic stimulation to a specific brain site at timing specified on the basis of an observation result of brain activity.SOLUTION: The brain stimulation imparting device 10 includes: a coil 100 for imparting the magnetic stimulation to the brain of a subject 2 a pulse magnetic field generator 1000 for supplying a current for giving the magnetic stimulation to the coil 100 a controller 2000 for estimating the intensity distribution of the brain activity of the subject 2 and controlling the pulse generation timing of the coil 100 and a three-dimensional position measuring device 200 for acquiring the three-dimensional position of the head of the subject and the three-dimensional position of the coil, and specifying a stimulation area where the magnetism generated on the brain surface of the subject becomes maximum.
