The present disclosure relates to the control of fungal infection of substances including keratinous skin covering dorsal and distal phalanges in humans and animals and associated brain protrusions in animals and keratins on human and animal surfaces. Agents useful for the control of fungal infections of substances including these husks and associated overhangs and keratins as well as natural and synthetic formulations and extracts are also encompassed by the present disclosure.
