The present invention is related to a iontophoresis device using smart phone which comprises: a smart mobile device connected to a wire and radio communications network by having a power supply unit and a controlling unit； a iontophoresis mask or patch which is fixed by being attached on a skin by having a hydrogel layer including a drug or cosmetic； a connector operates the iontophoresis mask or the patch through the controlling unit and the power supply unit by connecting the smart mobile device and the iontophoresis mask or the patch. The iontophoresis device of the present invention has an effect if simply implementing the iontophoresis device which is inexpensive and effective by using the smart phone device and purchasing the connector and mask or patch and application which are cheap not by using a existing special rectifier unit and a programming device and by using smart mobile device such as smart phone which is universally used, through an application which is installed by downloading through the wire and radio communications network thereby comprising to properly control the applying time and intensity of the micro current supplied to the mask and patch passing the connector which is connected to the mask or the patch.본 발명은 전원부와 제어부를 갖고 유무선 통신망과 연결되는 스마트 모바일 디바이스(Smart Mobile Device)와； 약물 또는 화장품을 포함하는 하이드로겔(Hydrogel)층을 갖고 피부에 부착고정되는 이온토포레시스 마스크 또는 패치(Iontophoresis Mask or Patch)와； 상기 스마트 모바일 디바이스와 상기 이온토포레시스 마스크 또는 패치를 연결하여 상기 제어부와 전원부에 의해 상기 이온토포레시스 마스크 또는 패치를 작동시키는 컨넥터를 구비하는 스마트 모바일 디바이스를 이용한 이온토포레시스에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 이온토포레시스 장치를 사용함에 있어서 범용적으로 널리 사용하고 있는 스마트폰과 같은 스마트 모바일 디바이스(Smart Mobile Device)를 활용하여 유무선 통신을 거쳐 다운받아 설치된 어플리케이션을 통해서 피부에 부착된 마스크나 패치에 연결된 컨넥터를 거쳐 마스크나 패치에 제공되는 미세전류의 세기와 적용시간을 적절히 제어하도록 구성함으로써 고가인 종래의 특수 정류장치 및 프로그래밍 장치를 사용하지 않으면서 저렴한 비용인 컨넥터와 마스크나 패치 및 어플리케니스만 구입하면 보유한 스마트 모바일 디바이스를 통해서 간편하고 저렴하면서도 효율적인 이온토포레시스 장치를 손쉽게 구현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
