PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication management system using a portable terminal, using a technique of printing a QR code (two-dimensional code) (R) on a medicine bag or the like, not only capable of one-sidedly transmitting and displaying information from a server to a patient, but also enabling the patient and the pharmacist, or the patient and the doctor to mutually utilize necessary information related to medication.SOLUTION: In the medication management system, the two-dimensional code 21 including information that needs an answer is preliminarily printed by a printer on printed matter 2 related to dedication information that is provided on the pharmacy to the patient with medicine.
