The present invention relates to a method for producing a cannula and a cannula produced by the production method. According to the present invention, the method for producing a cannula, which includes a needle where a breech is inserted into through a longitudinally formed hollow part, comprises the following steps: preparing a needle whose one end portion is closed, whereas the other end portion is opened； processing an aperture part while having a specific gap from the closed end portion of the needle； preparing a guide wick which has a tilt angle or a slope curved surface formed thereon； aligning the inclined plane or the slope curved surface of the guide wick along with a direction of the aperture part； and forcibly inserting the guide wick into the aperture part.본 발명은 캐뉼라의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법으로 제조된 캐뉼라에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 길이방향으로 형성된 중공부를 통하여 약실이 삽입되는 니들을 포함하는 캐뉼라의 제조방법에 있어서, 일측 단부는 폐쇄되고 일측 단부는 개방되는 니들을 준비하는 단계, 폐쇄된 니들의 단부로부터 일정거리를 두고 개구부를 가공하는 단계, 경사각 또는 슬로프 곡면이 형성된 가이드 심을 준비하는 단계, 가이드 심의 경사면 또는 슬로프 곡면을 개구부 방향과 일치시키는 단계, 가이드 심을 개구부로 억지 끼움 방법으로 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
