FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for determining indications for selection of method of eximerlaser correction. Thickness of cornea in the central part of transplant is determined in mcm by means of optic coherent tomography. After that analysis of live histomorphology of postkeratoplasty cornea is performed by method of confocal microscopy (CM). If thickness of postkeratoplasty cornea in the central part of transplant is not less than 5000 mcm, transparency of stroma with absence or single elements of fibrous tissue in para-scar area, presence of epithelial vacuoles in the centre of scar are detected by CM data, then correction by FemtoLASIK method is indicated. If thickness of postkeratoplasty cornea in the central part of transplant is not less than 500 mcm, presence of dense fibrous tissue in para-scar area and reduction of extracellular matrix transparency are detected by CM data, then correction by LASIK method is indicated. If thickness of postkeratoplasty cornea in the central part of transplant is from 430 to 500 mcm, transparency of extracellular matrix and impairment of cytoarchitectonics or pseudokeratinisation of basal epithelium of transplant are detected by CM data, then correction by method of photorefractive keratectomy is indicated.EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce number of complications, achieve high functional results due to determination of differentiated indications for selection of method of laser correction.3 dwg, 3 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к офтальмологии, и может быть использовано для определения показаний к выбору метода эксимерлазерной коррекции.
