PURPOSE: A heat-blowing type coffee roaster is provided to maintain the internal temperature of a heat-increasing drum, and to reduce the discharge of carbon monoxide. CONSTITUTION: A heat-blowing type coffee roaster comprises the following: a housing forming the outer structure of the roaster； a power distribution drum(2) for stirring and roasting coffee beans using hot air； a burner(3) supplying a heating source to the power distribution drum； a hot-air inducing body(4) transferring the hot air toward the power distribution drum using external air inflowing during the gas combustion, and discharging smoke to outside； and a power generator(5) operated by the heating of the power distribution drum and the hot air, for transferring rotational power to a drive motor and a blower.본 발명은 열풍식 커피 로스터에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 드럼의 체적 차등에 의한 열풍의 이동 흐름을 통해 배전드럼을 간접 가열할 수 있으면서도 배전드럼의 회전 및 기류 제어를 위한 송풍기를 작동시킬 수 있도록 한 열풍식 커피 로스팅장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 장치의 외부구조 달성을 위한 하우징； 상기 하우징 내에 구비된 채로 회동하는 한편, 열풍의 전달로 가열됨에 따라 다량의 커피콩을 교반시켜 볶을 수 있게 된 배전드럼； 상기 하우징 내에 더 구비된 상태로, 상기 배전드럼으로의 열풍 공급을 위한 버너； 상기 배전드럼과 상기 버너에 연계구성된 상태로, 가스 연소작용시의 내부 기압편차 발생으로 유입된 외기를 따라 상기 배전드럼 측으로 열풍을 전달하는 한편, 연기는 외부로 배출토록 한 열풍유도체；로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 상기 배전드럼 상에 배치된 상태로, 회전기류형 열풍 및 상기 배전드럼의 발열에 의해 작동하여 상기 구동모터 및 상기 블로워에 회전동력을 전달할 수 있게 된 동력발생기；를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
