PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoglobulin-containing pharmaceutical composition, which is capable of regulating the immunogenicity of the composition and is suitable for parenteral, particularly subcutaneous administration/infusion.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising an immunoglobulin and at least one buffer selected from the group consisting of hexanedioic acid, a salt of hexanedioic acid, citric acid, and a salt of citric acid. Here, the immunoglobulin is preferably an anti-TNFα antibody.
