PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a binocular loupe suitable for an operator by enabling a pupil position in an actual operation posture of each operator to be precisely and easily identified.SOLUTION: Strobe light is radiated from a work operation position P at a fingertip when an operator wearing a frame to which a loupe has not been attached performs operation in such a way as to face downward. Reflected light from the pupil of the operator is photographed by a camera 11 and the pupil position of the eye is identified by a photographed image.
