The present invention relates to bread containing seaweeds and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the method for producing bread containing seaweeds comprises the following steps of: mixing bread dough ingredients which use flour as a main material with sea mustard, kelp, and laver, and kneading the same; preparing stuffing by mixing sweet potatoes and citron matured in honey; putting the prepared stuffing in the kneaded dough to be molded into the shape of bread; and baking the molded dough in an oven. According to the present invention, as seaweeds such as sea mustard, kelp, laver, and the like are used when kneading dough for bread and sweet potatoes, citron matured in honey, and the like are used as stuffing, the bread containing seaweeds manufactured according to the present invention has excellent taste and flavor, provides great chewy texture, and is rich in various nutrients necessary for the human body such as dietary fiber or the like.본 발명은 해초 빵 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 밀가루를 주재료로 하는 빵 반죽재료와 미역, 다시마, 파래를 혼합하여 반죽하는 단계와, 고구마 및 유자청을 혼합하여 소를 준비하는 단계와, 상기 반죽된 반죽에 상기 준비된 소를 넣어 빵 모양으로 성형하는 단계와, 상기 성형된 반죽을 오븐에 굽는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 의하면, 미역, 다시마, 파래 등의 해초류를 빵의 반죽시 사용하고, 고구마, 유자청 등을 소로서 이용함으로써, 그 맛과 향이 뛰어나고, 식감이 우수하며, 식이섬유 등 인체에 필요한 각종영양분이 풍부하다는 장점이 있다.
