A massage chair for a foot massager contains a base including two sliding rails parallel to each other mounted on an upper surface thereof a frame including two grooves parallel to each other secured on a lower surface thereof to fit with the two sliding rails of the base, the frame also including two side plates disposed thereon and a resilient layer defined between top surfaces of the two side plates and separated by a plurality of flexible ropes, the resilient layer including a soft pad disposed thereon a back support axially coupled with a back side of the frame and at least one movable driving device defined between the base and the frame.
