PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of easily determining a reconstruction method according to a photographing condition.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT device includes an irradiation part for irradiating an analyte with an X-ray, a detection part for detecting the X-ray that has transmitted the analyte, and a rotation part for rotating the irradiation part and the detection part around the analyte, and generates an image by performing synchronous photography upon receipt of a biological signal of the analyte. The X-ray CT device also includes a storage part, a calculation part, a determination part, and a processing part. The storage part stores a predetermined threshold beforehand. The calculation part calculates an amount of detection data in which the amount of detection data detected by the detection part is represented by the number of rotations of the rotation part based on the photographing condition related to the synchronous photography. The determination part determines reconstruction processing to be applied to the detection data based on the amount of detection data by the calculation part and the threshold by the storage part.
