PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation kit and an evaluation method for objectively and instantly evaluating a degree of proficiency in toothbrushing assistance by simulating environment of actual toothbrushing assistance, and to provide an evaluation kit and an evaluation method for objectively evaluating tooth plaque removal performance of a toothbrush.SOLUTION: In a toothbrushing assistance evaluation method, a masking material 5 of a color different from that of teeth 2 arranged on a jaw model 1 is attached to a surface of at least one of the teeth 2. Next, the teeth are brushed with a toothbrush 6 through eyeglasses 3 made of transparent material 4 of a color identical or similar to the color (red, for example) of the masking material 5.
