The device for measuring the length of a stenotic lesion region according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by including: a guide tube passing through a stenotic lesion region; an air injection tube provided in the guide tube; an expansion part provided at a first side end of the guide tube and connected to the air injection tube to receive air and be expanded; and an air injector provided at a second side end of the guide tube disposed outside a human body to inject air suctioned from the outside through the air injection tube into the expansion part, wherein the guide tube has an identification indicator by which the length of the stenotic lesion region is checkable.
