To share power of a drive part between a rotational motion of a rotor and a moving motion of a holding part.SOLUTION: A rotor includes a lower rotary disc 312, a lower flange 313, a table 314 and an upper mounting disc 315. The rotor is rotationally driven by a motor 310. A gear 400 is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the upper mounting disc 315. Gripping mechanisms 10 are arrayed along a raceway 101, and adjacent gripping mechanisms 10 are connected by a connection link 11. At the gripping mechanism 10, an upper roller 62 is provided.
