The present invention provides a composition comprising at least two binding molecules capable of neutralizing an influenza A virus, and each binding molecule is coupled to an epitope in a stem region of hemmaglutinin (HA) protein of the influenza A virus. The composition comprises: i) a first binding molecule capable of neutralizing at least one influenza A virus subtype selected from the group consisting of H1, H2, H5 and H9； and ii) a second binding molecule capable of neutralizing at least one influenza A virus subtype selected from the group consisting of H1, H3, H5, H7 and H9. The mixed composition in the present invention effectively neutralizes both multi-influenza subtypes of phylogenetic groups 1 and 2 and can even be used with a chemical compound. Therefore, the composition is very useful for the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by an influenza virus.본 발명은 인플루엔자 Ａ 바이러스의 헤마글루티닌(HA) 단백질의 줄기 영역(stem region) 내 에피토프에 결합하는 2 이상의 인플루엔자 Ａ 바이러스 중화 결합 분자를 포함하는 조성물로서, i) H1, H2, H5 및 H9으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 인플루엔자 A 바이러스 서브타입을 중화시킬 수 있는 제 1 결합 분자； 및 ii) H1, H3, H5, H7 및 H9으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 인플루엔자 A 바이러스 서브타입을 중화시킬 수 있는 제 2 결합 분자를 포함하는 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 혼합 조성물은 계통발생 그룹 1 및 2의 다중 인플루엔자 서브타입 둘 다를 효과적으로 중화시키며, 화학적 화합물과도 병용하여 사용할 수 있으므로, 인플루엔자 바이러스로 인한 질환의 예방 및 치료에 매우 유용하다.
